Our team consists of a sales administrator, creative web design director, graphic designers and our preferred affiliate business partners. All of us have a 'can do' attitude and strive to provide our personal best!

Owner, Agi Anderson

Agi Anderson, owner of A1A Ventures has been a marketing professional for more than 25 years. She responded to the need for affordable web sites targeted to small and mid size companies in the late 90's, when the Internet was evolving as a valuable business tool.  Agi and her partner Kim LaRocca Henry came up with the perfect blend of pre-developed and customized business web sites for a variety of businesses. Agi has helped launch and position a variety of companies and continues to help business owners align themselves in their target market. She assists clients with on-line and off-line marketing, e-mail marketing,  proactive web advertising campaigns, project coordination, and business consulting.

Kim LaRocca Henry, Creative Web Design Director

Kim LaRocca Henry, co-owner of 4 Site Web Design, oversees and manages every web site and has done so since 1999. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Italian from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Kim designed and programmed all of the Pre-Developed Websites featured this web site, as well as all many custom web sites showcased in our portfolio. Katherine De Guzman Jaucian, Web Designer

Katherine has a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and a degree in applied science in Multimedia and Web Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was the valedictorian of her class. Throughout her career, she has created internet tools for many different companies including Capital One, Dreyfus and Earthlink. Currently, as part of our management team, she oversees all aspects of product workflow and implements creative ideas for future projects.

Brian Henry, Finance

Brian Henry, co-owner of 4 Site Web Design, manages accounts payables and receivables and all hosting and affiliate accounts.
